I was excited to try out my new stamping tool, the stamparatus, for this card. It’s great for repeating an image like this Happy Birthday. It makes doing this card very quick and easy! Hint: We’ll be doing some 3-step stamping with this next month.

What happened to our Spring??? At least we’ll be doing cards that will remind us what spring is supposed to look like! We’ll be doing a Mother’s Day card, which can also be a birthday card and we’ll also be using the Waterfront set to make a sympathy card. I’ve added a new tool to my card making room called the Stamparatus. It’s great for lining up images and for doing repeat stamping. We will be giving this a try for the first time in class too.
This is such a versatile stamp set. From mountains to beaches! The background is done using stamping blocks that are inked and then spritzed with water. Such a cool effect.

There’s a little stamping on the vellum behind some of the flowers to give them some added depth. This card has a very crisp and clean look and could be used for other occasions by just changing the sentiment.
