This month we’ll be doing cards using some cute new sets from the new catalog. Two of the cards are from the Animal Outing set, which is so darn cute! I almost did the whole class using only stamps from this set because I am loving it so much! The other two cards have options for greetings and are simple one or two color cards to make using the Pressed Flowers and Accented Blooms stamp sets.
We used the stamparatus to make sure everything was lined up for this card. It sure makes it easy! The skirt was stamped and fussy cut and then layered onto the image. Any sentiment could be used as it is stamped separately. Also a great card to use up some of that DSP you have been hanging onto!
Paper: Rich Razzleberry, Blooms and Bliss DSP (retired), Whisper White
Ink: Rich Razzleberry, Black, Markers: Rich Razzleberry, Blushing Bride, Mint Macaron
Stamps: Hand Delivered
Other Supplies: Stamparatus
This easy to make card could be used as a sympathy or thank you card. You could also change the sentiment to use for most any occasion. This is just one of the stamps in the new Rooted In Nature set that I think will become one of my all-time favorite sets!
Paper: Tranquil Tide, Mint Macaron, Whisper White
Ink: Tranquil Tide
Stamps: Rooted In Nature
Other Supplies: Button, Dimensionals, Glue Dot
A card meant to inspire using the Enjoy Life set! We used a little sponging on this card to give some background to the silhouettes.
Paper: Peek-A-Boo Peach, Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink: Peek-A-Boo Peach, Black
Stamps: Enjoy Life
Other Supplies: Sponge, Black or Peek-A-Boo Peach Ribbon
Animal Outing is such a cute stamp set. We’ll be using the frog this month and I’ve already got plans to use the giraffe next month!
Paper: Mossy Meadow, Very Vanilla
Ink: Mossy Meadow
Stamps: Animal Outing
Other Supplies: Stitched Shapes framelits, Layering Squares framelits, Animal Friends thinlits, Dimensionals
