Using the copper foil and champagne foil sheets bring a little shimmer to this fall card. Changing up the DSP gives one card more of a masculine look.

This is becoming one of my favorite sets! So many color combinations to choose from that I have a difficult time deciding which one to use! So this month I’m using one of my favorite colors, purples, with Elegant Eggplant and Wisteria Wonder.

I can’t believe it’s fall already. I had some ideas for cards and then saved them for the beginning of next year so that we could do a few fall cards instead. They are really some of my favorite to do! We haven’t had a chance to use the Piggie set yet, so I couldn’t resist and we’ll do one of those too.
I had never tried using embossing paste before, but found this to be fairly easy to do. One version uses double embossing by adding embossing powder on the paste and using a heat gun to set it. The other version just uses the embossing paste by itself. It creates two totally different looks.

A quick and easy sympathy card using the emboss resist technique. You could use it for any occasion by just changing the sentiment.
